Phantombüro

After two years of homelessness artists' group Phantombüro moved in this space, a former Pakistani restaurant. From the beginning it was clear that this huge space (over 300sqm) was only for a short time, with a rent exceeding DM 3000 per month.
This project is no more in operation.

Shop space of a parking lot. The basement of the building hosted some stylish shops long time ago. Maybe no other place has had so many different tennants. The first thing I witnessed there was "Kathedrale II", a shorttime club project in 1995.
This project is no more in operation.

Followup of Gartners member Annette Gloser. Annette pioneered the east harbour area of Frankfurt, giving it a "radical chic" for new ventures like the Ostklub (1996) and other party activities.
